Janakpur located in Dhanusa district is one of the major cities of Nepal popular for its religious and tourism significance. Janakpur which is about 375km far from Kathmandu is accessible via both roadways and airways.
Janaki Temple is a popular and artistic temple built with the proper adjustment of Hindu and Muslim art. Every year, thousands of tourists come to visit this artistic temple. This temple which covers an area of 4,860 sq. ft and 50 ft. tall is a birth place of goddess Sita. Lord Ram-Sita got married at this sacred place. It is said that an Indian queen have spend nine hundred thousand (9 Lakhs) to built this temple so it is also called Nau Lakhe Mandir.
In Magh Sukla Panchami, many pilgrims, tourists, priests, minks come to visit Janakpur. In this day, The idols of Ram and Sita are rotated around Janakpur city and people participate in the occasion as member of marriage procession of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita. Not only Bibaha panchami other festivals like Holi, Ramnawami etc. are also celebrated here. On the auspicious occasion of birthday of Lord Ram, Ram Nawam is celebrated.
Besides that there are marriage pavilion, Hanuman gadi, Gangasagar, Agni Kunda, Udayaswor Sita Kunda (Pond), Mahadev, Praneshwor, Kupeshwor, Rani Pati, Ratnasagar, Bihar Kunda, and other popular sacred sites at Janakpurdham premises. Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival – Evening Pashupatinath Darshan & Join Evening Aarati

Day 03: Drive to Kurintar. Process cable car ride to Manakamana & Puja Darshan then drive to Pokhara. Overnight at hotel

Day 05: Drive to Ranipauwa after breakfast and hike to Muktinath. Puja & Darshan at Muktinath. Drive to Tatopani for night halt
